Since 2011, Bill Lascher has expanded upon the writing, photography, web curation and design skills by developing his interest in videography and multimedia production. He believes strongly in using the right tool for the right job, and looks forward to more experiments with interactive graphics, audio/video slideshows, maps and other visual storytelling.

It’s all fermentation, all the time, at Alex Hozven’s Cultured, a culinary studio practicing the art of living foods. I contributed Adobe Flash production, videography, audio collection and mapping in collaboration with a four-person multimedia team, with whom I also participated in video, audio and photo editing.
