Here’s a day by day breakdown of the path I took from LA to PDX. Zoom in to see just how much I wandered and wiggled may way up north. Please note: a few Google Map glitches – likely caused by user-error – have allowed a few tweaks into the route that I didn’t actually take (but be aware that some of the out of the way spurs were actually part of my journey).
To see the adventure from my eyes, download the data into Google Earth and follow the path first-hand. I’d love any tips to make better use of this feature. I’ve spent tons of time twiddling with Google Earth and maps but not doing much I feel is worth sharing. Your thoughts are welcome.
